The new trimmable Flap Discs allow for the use of up to 50% more of the abrasive flaps due to the design of the innovative plastic backing. The backing wears away as the flaps are consumed. In addition, the backing can also be easily trimmed by the operator by pressing against a sharp corner.

The new Fillet Weld Flap Disc excells at accessing hard to read areas and fillet welds. The abrasive cloth is folded upwards 90 degrees around the edge. This enables optimal adjustment of the flap disc to the work piece geometry.

Normal flap discs are limited because the flaps end horizontally, not so with the new Fillet Weld Flap Disc. Available in 40 grit zirconia and 60 grit zirconia and ceramic.
