  1. Outstanding tool

Posted by Curtis Stone on 7th Jan 2016

I purchased this item to deburr tubing and tomgive a uniform look to the finished product. It takes just a small time to get proficient with this machine. Yes it can skip off if you twist the belt too much, but I just learned and it rarely occcurs. It is helpful in cleaning the top of handrails of weld spatter after construction, and for pieces I just put the tube in my tube knotcher which holds it securely as I walk down the length sanding. It seems robust and the motor is powerful and feels durable. Feeding the thing is another cost factor, but the overall result of my finished product is well worth it. Structures have that machined look and feel to them. It doesnt take off as much material as one would think. Im stoked about this machine, and when you bring it to the job site my customers know I mean business. Pairs well with the Metabo burnisher. I recommend biting the bullet and grabbing both. They are machines you will pass down. Nice case too. I usually dont use the cases, but for this bad boy I do as I wouldnt want some piece of metal falling on it as it is not delicate, but not something to toss around like an angle grinder.
