Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  Shipping rates are determined based on order value, see the shipping rates table in the policies section of our site.

Q: How are you able to charge such low prices?

A: We operate with very low overhead and are willing to accept a lower profit margin then our competitors.

Q: What about the quality of your products?                                                                                                                                   

A: Each product we offer is extremely high quality and the best overall value in its class when you compare the performance versus the price.  We start with the best materials from suppliers such as Norton, Klingspor, and VSM.  The few competitors in the market offering lower prices we have found are using inferior materials manufactured in China.

Q: Would you send us a sample to try before we place an order?                                                                                         

A: We would be happy to send you samples.  Simply e-mail info@lehighvalleyabrasives.com with the sample you require along with how many of that item you typically purchase in a year.
